If I could give negative stars I would! My Air Pods went while still under warrantee and I was referred to this company by Apple for repair. They are the epitome of why authorized repair companies get a bad rep. Long story short, they had absolutely horrific customer service and did everything they could to bill Apple as much and as slowly as possible. In the end of the day, it took a month to get my air pods back and I walked out of the store with one not working because they were to incompetent to sync it properly. Ive been a long time Apple customer who has had more than a few issues that were redressed by Apple. It is obvious that these third party people lack the skills and knowledge to deal with these products. So if I were you Id go anywhere but there to buy or repair. Also if you are considering repairing a device there be advised that their Repair Terms and Conditions are a joke. Effectively if they break your stuff its your problem and they wont stand behind their work. So the choice is yours, but I wish I never walked into the doors of this business.

These guys will answer many questions on the phone and if you go in they stick with you until the problem is resolved
