I'm impressed with the prompt action they took to address the issues and the progress they've made. Initial Review: As a user who depends on a BH Tech managed network on a daily basis for work purposes, it is regrettable to express my disappointment with the network's performance at Innovation Place. The network has been consistently slow and erratic, causing undue frustration to all users. The dropping of network calls during crucial business discussions has further heightened the concerns of many parties involved. This situation is unacceptable and demands urgent attention to improve the network's functionality and reliability. After discussing the matter with Andrew, I have been assured that this issue will be closely monitored. I will continue to monitor the situation and reassess my review if the issues are resolved in the coming days.
