Replaced the battery on my older (but still very much functional) MacBook Pro after I learned that the Apple Store was unable to provide a battery for that year of laptop. Searching for another repair place led me to Apple Mac, and the repair was timely and definitely affordable. Saved me a lot of money as the alternative was potentially replacing the laptop even though everything else worked perfectly! Great service, I would bring my computer here again. Thank you!

Don't bother going to an Apple location, just bring your device here. Harshad was very friendly, quickly fixed my fianc's laptop, price was more than fair especially compared to Apple's quote, and he was flexible for appointment/pick-up times. Couldn't recommend it more.

My daughter spilled some liquid (she claims it was water) on her laptop. The screen went blank and the laptop was constantly beeping. We took it to Apple Mac computer repairs. The gentleman explains that there was no charge to diagnose and if he found any issue and was able to repair then the cost would be 220$. He called to explain that he found what was wrong with the laptop. Upon arrival at his place, he explained that it was the memory card was faulty and that I could source a new memory card at Memory Express. He also showed me how to install the memory card. I offered to pay him some money for his help. He politely declined my offer stating that he did not really repair the laptop and so can't accept money from me. I found the gentleman rather honest and a true professional. I'd recommend him to anyone having issues with their laptops etc.

On Friday, my 2015 IMAC suddenly stopped working - not booting to MAC OS. I contacted Apple Mac Computer Repairs and the experience was extremely positive from the very beginning. I booked an appointment on Saturday, brought my IMAC and discussed the symptoms. Same afternoon I got a call back with a reasonable repair estimate which I approved. I picked my IMAC on Sunday afternoon. The technician went an extra mile and restored all of my data from time machine backup drive. Very happy with the excellent level of service, reasonable price and quick turnaround.
