I took my old laptop to get checked out as it wasnt working - I was extremely impressed with the quick diagnosis and repair!! Prices were VERY reasonable and my laptop is working!! Great service - honest technician and great prices - who can ask for more!

DO NOT GO HERE. IF I COULD RATE NEGATIVE 10 I COULD!!!! Went to fix my cracked iphone screen and it was working fine before I fixed it and after he fixed it...it was freezing at random times and glitchy (because the LCD screen used is cheap and most likely not compatible with my iphone 7). He originally quoted me $80 and when I came back to pick up my phone he told me I got a "good deal" because he had to put on an "original" iphone screen since he didn't have the $80 screens. he said to come back in one week *if* it wasnt working. Soon as I got home, it was glitching. went back and he said that "it was not his problem" and that my phone was probably already broken so he was not liable. After, he told me to come back in one week so he can change it to the "cheaper $80 screen" because he ordered some and they were on the way. One week later, I came back to fix it but he gave me THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE when he saw it was me. he greeted me with "OH its YOU" and then took my phone and went to the back without telling me ANYTHING. Same treatment when i came to pick up the phone, he didnt even say a word to me just handed me the phone with attitude. After fixing my phone again, it is STILL glitchy!! Does he think i want to come waste 1-3 hours for fun??? DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want a headache and cheap quality stuff. save your time and money and just go downtown or Global tech pro.

Ive been here 4 or 5 separate times over the past few years and Ive always been very impressed. Hes very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. Easily the cheapest place in town and I have never felt tricked into something or overcharged. He resurrected my water damaged laptop that 2 over repair places said was impossible to fix within hours of me bringing it to him. He is always upfront with the cost and calls me with a quote before doing anything if he cant give me a quote right away. Every repair has been same day, have never had any issues with the repairs, and they are consistently about 30-50% cheaper than quotes Ive received elsewhere. I have a hard time believing the negative reviews are truly objective or fair. I cannot recommend this place enough.
