UPDATE: April 28, 2023. I have now been using this iPad stand for about 4+ months now. This purchase along with my prosumer vehicle paint machine polisher are the two best things I have purchased in the past decade or more! I love it. Also today, a very kind rep from ErgoCanada (aka Micwil Group) called me to follow up on my purchase to ensure I was satisfied. Fantastic customer service from ErgoCanada! Thank you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I needed a floor stand for my iPAD Pro 12.9 to use while on my stationary bicycle and maybe use while lying on my back on the bed having the iPad upside down above me and secure. After a lot of online research,I decided on the LEVO brand as I know a gooseneck will not hold the weight of a large tablet after some time of use and I wanted a stand to last a long time. I found Ergo Canada an authorized seller of LEVO products and they were also the seller on Amazon. I spoke to Rae-Anne (not sure if spelling is correct) to confirm I would be receiving the pro clamps on the G2 deluxe model. She was very kind and helpful. I ordered the stand with Rae-Anne with delivery to Ontario for a $50 delivery charge. It arrived in 6 days (4th business day) in good condition via Canada Post. The box weighed 31 pounds and although I forgot to measure the size, it was about 30 x 22 x 8. The items were really well packed and I learned the black styrofoam insert on the top layer inside the box that separates and protects the individual parts is not really styrofoam but considered a plastic and is recyclable if your area can recycle black plastic. Toronto cannot for some reason but other some GTA area do apparently. No tools required to put together this stand with the tablet holder. Only a large coin like a quarter. You may need a small flat head screwdriver should you need to adjust the tension on the two height adjustments. The instruction booklet with images was very easy to understand. With never putting together this item before, it took me 7 minutes. It will hold my iPad Pro with my Logitech keyboard/folio flipped back but I would not keep this folio on the iPad if I intended to have the iPad in this stand not angled upward at all. If iPad was perpendicular to the floor or tilted downward (if lying in bed) I would remove the folio from the iPad which takes only 4 seconds to do. This is an American company but manufactured in China BUT is an extremely sturdy unit and is manufactured very well. Comes with a 3 year warranty but you have to pay for shipping on any warranty parts. After assembly I had a question about the tilt of the holder and its tension that I did not see addressed in the manual. I called the toll-free number listed on the instruction manual and left a message with my phone number at the end of their business day. A person called me back the following day and addressed my question perfectly. Excellent and kind customer service from LEVO in Florida. I highly recommend LEVO if you want a quality, sturdy holder that will retain its tablet position, hopefully for years to come.

In my research to purchase an ergonomic keyboard and trackball, ErgoCanada was a better information resource than all the dozens of video reviews I watched! The items I finally chose were available through ErgoCanada in CAD. Further critical information and advice was available as I completed the purchase arrangements and delivery happened two days early! ErgoCanadas Website provides unbiased product information. ErgoCanadas Customer Service is exceptional: product knowledge based on personal experience, followed by straightforward purchase arrangements and timely delivery.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but was blown away with their unique selection and very helpful experienced staff. Tons of great quality mice, keyboards, and office furniture. Found a really unique mouse to address my trigger finger pain.
