I purchased an iPhone clear phone cover. It was quite expensive but the sales staff said it was guaranteed for life. Eight months later it is broken and I have visited the store numerous times and it is quite clear the staff will not honour this product. Dont waste your money here, it is also not an authorized apple store. Apple doesnt even recognize it or support it. This store will likely close soon and hopefully we can get an authorized quality apple store downtown again.

We were at the store in Saskatoon to have our old Apple cell info transferred to our new cell. Jaxon Smith looked after us and is a terrific guy. My husband and myself are both media ignorant (big time) and he had so much patience with us. Our phone was so old and it wasnt easy for him to do. He was very patient and very informative. You have an excellent employee there!
