Amir and his team are the best! Had what I thought was software problem, turned out to be a very minor hardware issue. When I called in Ardy explained he would walk me through afew procedures and if that didnt work we would discuss next steps. The troubleshooting he did worked and minutes later I was up and running with no down time. Team is very patient and explains things in a way even I can understand. Would highly recommend for any type of computer service.

Layer 3 is my first choice for IT services! I needed a computer upgrade for my business a few months ago. I went to them with my needs, they were able to provide me with a computer system that manages the design software I use as well as software I only dreamt I could one day run. The transfer of data from old to new was seamless and quick. My business has exploded with this new addition and I thank Layer 3 everyday that I finally a computer for growing my business! Never would have imagined that the Staff in Layer3 will bring new life to my aging Imac 27 2009. I would highly recommend seeing them for any tech and IT related issues. I am definitely not Layer 3's biggest client but I wouldn't be able to tell because the service is so good! Amir, Ardy, and their team is exceptional, professional, good price and worth every penny. Anything IT related, they can help you out or they will know who would be best for you.
