        When I was in need of technical support, NICS was reliable and very helpful. My external hard drive stopped working and when I brought it in to get looked at Shayne put everything on pause to check it out. Unfortunately, there was no support he could provide, however he connected me with another company who was able to help me. Thank you for working quickly, professionally and considerate.
