If you are looking for a commercial contractor to build or renovate your next project, I highly recommend Strata Development. I have worked with Chris Popplewell and his team on new building construction, renovations and tenant fit-up projects. They are a one stop shop from design to finish, have excellent industry knowledge and I have never once heard a negative comment or received poor feedback. In my profession having a solid list of reputable contractors and other professional that I can rely on to take my clients to the next stage is essential and invaluable. Strata built us our dream house efficiently and on time! The estimate process was detailed and allowed us to see what costs would be incurred without the mysteries of "upgrade fees". They were very responsive to any concerns that came up and allowed us to make modifications as we needed. The in-house design team was very helpful. The general contractor was highly efficient and organized and thinking ahead about the next steps. She had great rapport with the trades and that helped the jobs get done to a top standard. They made the stressful building experience as smooth as possible with their experience with builds and ideas. Would build again with Strata.
