After 9 months of dealing with the Kia of Prince Albert (and kia Canada) I have a working vehicle. The fun part here is that it needed to be towed to Saskatoon where it was repaired. 2 trips to the shop later after initially picking up the car, I had both keys correctly programmed.... The Saskatoon dealership and its staff have tried to be helpful but looking back on the last 9 months this is truly the worst customer experience I have encountered in my life. How can an automotive group be comfortable with this service level?
