It's honestly pointless to write, because they aren't going to do anything but tag a long useless response, but Do not rent from this company. And do not rent on dufferin. Apartments aren't worth 200/mth let alone 900. Save yourself the stress, they dont want to help, just get you to sign the lease, so when you realize how terrible it is, they can get you with the lease breaking fee and move on to the next person.

I had an amazing experience with this company so far, with my main contact being Rodrigo. He listened to my needs, and helped me narrow down the list of units that work for me. I was able to view the units on FaceTime and Rodrigo was very informative and helpful. He was also updating me on units that became available that also met my needs, which I really appreciated. Throughout my house search, Rodrigo was the only one that would update me on what's been taken, and what's still available, with fast response times. This really helped me out and I was able to make the perfect decision. Once move in day came, he was very friendly and, again, informative on how the lease works. WPP as a whole company so far has been very professional, especially with their app that shows you all the important information like transaction history, remaining balance, and you can also submit repair requests right through the app!! Very happy thus far!!!

I would like to commend Rodrigo the property manager for going above and beyond and helping after I parked where I shouldn't have and got stuck.He patiently helped me get out which I really appreciated.This made me feel like they really care about their tenants.Also the building and suites have been recently renovated and they look nice.
