You guys need to train your drivers on the rules of the road and also need to train them on how to drive so they can fit down a residential street.

Was with this company for 6 years. Saw 5 different LM's. Was given an amazing opportunity to succed and work with the company, couldn't advance due to athorititarian thinking. Managment didn't like free thinking or belief in keeping your own values and morals to uphold the already set out policies and procedures. Aka, if you are not a "yes" "person", your hard work and opinions don't weigh anything. Management, even above location management, is closed minded. When there is a real concern with harassment or "demeaning behavior" it is over looked and washed under the carpet as "delt with", because it easier to get rid of the person making the complaint then to deal with problem. Like stated in an earlier review, "Management changes hands so fast that the old crew never has a chance to solve issues before the new "hero" comes to solve all." Anyone with a valid opinion gets fired due to "restructuring" or some other convenient excuse. As a driver, again not valued. Saskatoon location drivers are amazing. Management refuses to give a safety bonus or even recognition of more than a $5 Tim's card. First Student is a multi billion dollar corporation that values money and not the employee. "Corporation", all for the big guy... Current Drivers for First Student have the biggest hearts, and best interest for their students, every minute of every day. Management or intrests of the drivers or is highly inefficient and dis-regarded. Drivers seem to manage themselves and hold each other accountable to the safest standards possible. The Saskatoon location manager is not the person you want to work for. Closed minded "My way or the high way." thinking.

Really great service helpful and great bus driver. I think his name was Gary and he had lots of conversation that was really interesting and made the ride fun, safe and you could tell he had years of exsperience. Definitely book with this company again to do my next business transportation.
