Started out great but turned into a flop. I was looking for a cut off piece of marble for my bathroom vanity(Wasnt really a cut off piece as it is 6ft) When I called Michelangelo they were very helpful. They said they possibly had what I was looking for in their yard and would check it out. Turns out it was in rough shape and would be a no go. They told me to come by and take a look at what they had in the warehouse and they would get me a quote. I went in that same day and they had exactly what I wanted. I gave them my measurements and contact info. Said they would give me a call or send an email quote in a week or so. About three weeks passed and I hadnt heard anything. I gave them a call, they told me they didnt have a record of my measurements or info. I gave them the measurements and info again and they said they would send me a quote in a couple days. Months passed and STILL no quote. I didnt bother to call back as at this point I felt they did not want my business. Im not sure if it was because I am outside of the city or because it was a smaller piece and maybe not worth their while. I was disappointed as I was hoping to get my kitchen countertops from them as well if all went well with my vanity but unfortunately no one got back to me. Disappointing as others seem to have good experiences there!

I cant say enough about the excellent service and final product (quartz) we got through Michelangelo. Uli patiently and kindly guided me through MANY samples before I found just the right one. I was also able to see many of them in full slabs which they have right there at their showroom location. The ability to actually see the full slabs was a service I did not find elsewhere, and I found it invaluable in helping to make a decision on what is such a major purchase, and design element of a new kitchen renovation. Lindsay and the team of installers did an excellent job, and Lindsay even worked directly with our cabinet builder to sort out the finer installation details that I would not have thought of. Their prices were competitive or even better than other places I received quotes from as well. Have been recommending to friends already.

The best pricing (I searched allot) and outstanding service. Uli addressed my concerns with installation scheduling and adjusting the order even when she was on her leave . I had a great experience with this company during my house complete renovation. If you are shopping for countertops in saskatoon you have to at least get a quote from them. Premier product at the best price, professionalism, follow-up and care, I am a customer for life Highly recommended
