Want extra money for moving box when Costco clearly said its included.

I was a contract driver for them 20 years ago. I came in at 5 am to sort thru skids of freight and load my cube van. I was actually passionate about excellent service with the commercial accounts we had. But even back then you could see the cancer. Warehouse staff who were totally unmotivated to help the drivers get on the freeway early. In western Canada we covered 5 or 6 loomis/purolator runs. My hunch is the terminal mgr in my depot was actually a decent guy.... he just knew the truth. He perhaps saw t by e truth where I wasnt ready to see itbyet

Day late however once contacted they came within the window that worked best for me.

HORRIBLE customer service, was a week late setting up a delivery time. Canceled my delivery that they made and confirmed the day previously. They then said delivery would not be until 5 days later because they were booked. If you are bumping my delivery, why is it okay to bump it back 5 days later?! Bump spmeone else! When if did get delivered, was supposed to be between 1-4. They called at 1030 saying it will HAVE to be in the afternoon and to make myself available. I stayed up all day (I work nights, so need to sleep) waiting for the delivery. Called them at 4:45pm and the lady said "oh, they are just loading it now and then will be out to deliver". UNACCEPTABLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Adam is not good shipper in evening time.He doesn't want to work just doing chill here.
