Absolutely terrible service, I don't know why Fedex contracts these guys. The person on the phone is beyond rude, I asked them to answer a simple question which they should for sure know the answer to and she laughed and I said "I don't know these things". Then I was told to call the driver and he did not answer. My goods are still not here and I have no idea when they will be. They claimed at first that they were still at the fedex facility but I had just called fedex and was told they picked everything up early yesterday. What a joke. If I had the choice I would never use this service.

I was at work and was expecting a Christmas parcel and the driver wouldnt leave the package on my front covered porch like literally every other delivery person does. He said hell be back next week to drop it off and wanted someone to be home. Who does this with a Christmas parcel just two days before Christmas???!! I am so disappointed!
