Im glad i use Langham branch....their hearts beat warm blood. What a cold hearted place that downtown branch is! I left BANKS for a reason.....DONT BE A BANK!

All tellers were and are great. If you dont like your bank highly recommend Affinity if you dont have a account highly recommended Affinity

Clearly the chick had no idea what she was doing. Accepted us for a mortgage, told us everything was good, stringed us along for 2 weeks and then comes back and says no CMHC will give insurance so no bank will fund us. I questioned this, then got approval again, 2 weeks later I get another call saying their supervisor spoke to their manager and they dont fund our situation. The mortgage girl had no idea what she was doing, and could not explain anything when I asked. We went to CIBC, everything was approved and done within 2 weeks, CMHC insured and all. What a waste of time this is place was.

Nice location and it has a drive through bank machine. This location has been turned into a Veterinary Clinic as of May 2022. The Drive Thru ATM is still there. Im not 100% sure if its working or not. It does look useable, so I assume its working.
