Needed help clearing a container of goods and seeing what expected wait times are. Lady on the phone said they are a customs broker and can't help me. That, I can totally understand, but I just wanted to ask if there was any other leads or who I can ask to assist me. I asked if she knew of who I could reach out to and got hung up on. She could have just said, "these are the things we custom brokers do, we can't help you with expected times, I don't know the answers to your questions, have a nice day". I got the, I don't know part, and then a click. So I'm not sure about the other reviews praising professionalism...because I couldn't see it.
