        They are the worst delivery company I have dealt with in my life. And when you call to discuss issues, you get talk down to by the "customer care" staff and no one in that organization cares enough to return a call. they are unprofessional in every single way. Update I am pleased to say that Amazon no longer uses this company because of the Avalanche of complaints so I am no longer subjected to them.
