i just hate how they charge $100 for a missed appointment, a total ripped off!, it's so ridiculous!

Dr. Berthiaume and her team always makes me feel welcomed and right at home. I've had her as a dentist since I was a kid, and I think I'm the only person I know who enjoys going to see the dentist. It's like catching up with old friends because the atmosphere is so warm, and the people are so caring and friendly. I always feel like Dr. Berthiaume cares about my teeth and comfort more than even I do. It's a special feeling. I will be sad if this place ever closes.

Well after what must be 20 years of having Dr Berthiaume as my dentist time for a review. Rhonda is as patient and skilled as I believe that you will find. She makes time to discuss and advise on any dental procedure and even gives you updates during her work. I have never once heard her say Uh oh during a filling. Her crew including her receptionist Heather function as a well practised team. Highly regarded and recommended.

Most of my life, I've had fear and anxiety of going to the dentist, I realized after todays visit, that i don't anymore, and I credit Dr. Berthiaum for that. Her and her staff are amazing.
