Why is there no bike locking place? I can't leave my bike anywhere!

I went to buy 2 bulbs today. After picking I went to the counter to pay asking is it white and the Philipino lady was so rude that you took and came to the counter pay or move. I paid and left. Coming back home I found out it was yellow (warm) and went back to the store stood in the queue after 6 people and went back to her (Philipino)saying that's why I asked and she was like find the pink t-shirt in any of the isle's and she is the manager speak to her. I went and found her, she told me to choose daylight. Later after picking going to her she says, I don't have time for exchanges and that why bill says no refund or exchange. If you are policy are that I am ok, but be polite and know to handle customers. If there is no patience to handle a customer question, how can you be in till or as a manager to the store? Dollaramma, needs a serious work on this store else you will end up reading many like this and close the store. Everyone pays the money for what we need, if employees can't help , how do you hire ? All references??? Focus on customer service. I will make sure to never enter this cheap customer service store.
