Dr. D. Kim

Tried calling to book an appointment with Dr Kim, Robin the receptionist was no help from the start. I understand its early Monday but no need to take frustrations out on patients, most of us are in daily pain.waiting for the next surgery date. She had an attitude when I asked about Sask-abilities parking program. Ahhh if you can walk from your car to the door.you can walk from the door to the car very ignorant of her to make such a comment. I asked for her name and she was like Its Robinthe only receptionist working under Dr Kim so you cant forget it. Weird. How about understanding that creating a shorter distance to the door will help alleviate the pain by minimizing the distance travel. She refused to answer any questions I had afterwards and told me to go visit another Dr and get a referral form filled out if Ill like to book an appointment. Its tough when administrative assistants act like Drs ** I updated the review as of April 21, 23. Dr. Kim called me and was very very almost too kind And listened to everything I had to sayI feel like an idiot now eating a 1 star a month earlier

Excellent personable experience with Dr Kim. He was always calming and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Also a very helpful admin staff which always responded promptly.
