I love my usual family doctor there, however, when I had to go to walk-in I got a different female doctor. Id had eye surgery and an elastoplast surgical tape, which Im severely allergic to, was put over my eye after surgery, so needless to say I had a severe reaction. I waited a day trying to medicate it myself, and then went to the walk-in, where the female doctor said what do you want me to do, it has to sort itself out. True, but I needed something stronger than Reactine to bring the swelling down. I had to basically beg for a topical cream to help with the redness, itching and swelling, and never did get anything more than that. She was incredibly rude. The pharmacist next door was more helpful than she was.

The services our family receive from Willowgrove Medical Group is excellent. Our family physician Dr. Moses Olakanmi and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time we visit, we appreciate Dr. Olakanmi taking his time to go over the diagnosis clearly and explaining the treatment options. Its rare to find a doctor that combines such passion and empathy for patients with outstanding quality of medical care. We highly recommend becoming his patient!

I have been going to this clinic for over ten years. The clinic is absolutely a five star and especially my doctor, Dr Moses. He is so patient, kind, interested, personable and above all is intelligent and informed. Im not an easy case with chronic illness but he always refers me and assists and engages into my care. I wouldnt be as well as I a today without his guidance.

Very rude doctor, cannot listen to me explain what's going on . Just check my heart rate and breathing, and send me back home. Said if tomorrow still not better go to hospital..When I ask more , he start yelling at me. I don't know how can this guy become a doctor, but he is destroying our Heath system. Broken the paitens and doctor relationship . Never go there.
