        16 cushion covers for a cloth couch which hadn't been professionally cleaned since I got the thing 6 years ago. I brought them in, and 4 days later I got them back neatly folded but that's the only thing that was done to them. They were not cleaned AT ALL. There were 7 light food marks (removeable by fingernail) still on them, and they were just as dusty as they were when I sent them out. Basically, theft.
