Very good service. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The prices are hard to beat from what I found after a day of shopping for quotes. We were so impressed that we returned to purchase a second pair just for work. ( safety glasses) we asked the price to have them tinted. $60.00 was what it was to cost. But the nice gentleman waved the extra cost because we were return customers. Highly recommend that you check them out when shopping for your eyewear needs.

I have gone to this place a few times, I liked it until I went a couple years ago, with the new manager working. He was polite, but had no clue about my glasses. It took him 4! Yes 4! Times and he still did not get them right! I have an astigmatism in both eyes, so lens have to be near exact position, in order for me to see. To start things off, there is nothing worse than him telling me that I can see, when i CAN NOT see! I ordered everything, including bifocals, over $500. After 4 times him trying, I gave up and asked for single vision only, thinking he can't mess these up. I was wrong!! He took me for a fool and made them without everything else, no progressive, no anti-glare, no poly light lens, no anti-scratch, and he put the wrong prescription in the lens!! I can't see F all!! He is a clueless guy, that couldn't get my glasses right. (Someone told me that all he needed to do was to reposition the lens. ) hmm, he should have known that. i should have asked to see HIS certificate and made sure it matched his driver's license! ... DON'T TELL ME THAT I CAN SEE, WHEN I CANT!!! If you have difficult eyes, good luck with this guy. (Or maybe he will read the little tip that I wrote.)

My husband and I went into the center mall location for an eye exam in October of 2016. We were quoted a price for frames and lenses. We went back today and the price we were quoted was an promotion at the time. We asked about it and he said the promotion was over but he would still give us the price that was previously given to us. Staff is not pushy and listen well to needs and wants. When I said I didn't like a style and wanted to check out a different one he only pulled out certain frames of that style. Very accommodating! I Ended up with 3 designer frames w/ lenses and 1 pair of perscription sunglasses for 650.00$$. He also allowed us to pay only half up front and said we could pay for the remaining bill at pick up. I Highly recommend this place for glasses.
