Just spent an amazing 2.5 hours with Barinder at Damara Spa at the Bess. Body wrap and facial were amazing. Her massage was relaxing and had the perfect amount of pressure. Conscientious of my comfort throughout the session. I highly recommend booking a treatment at Damara Spa. An incredible experience awaits you.

Michelle, the massage therapist, is amazing. However, it's impossible to book in, because 9 out of 10 times that you call, no one will pick up nor will they return your call. I've been going for years out of convenience, I work right by there, but by no means is it for the poor management and reception desk. Their actions make it evident that they aren't interested in customer service nor your business. Follow-up: Your response is incorrect. When the receptionist called me back, after I left the review, she said she was on break (at 9AM, when they open), so missed my call. And when you called and asked about my massage following the booking, my response was that I was heading into an appointment and had to let you go, I never did provide a response regarding the massage treatment itself.
