Tim Hortons

Went in today with a free "premium baked good" on my app, courtesy of a points gift. Was told they don't have any of those and that I am SOL. Was I told where I could use my gift? No. Two guys, one which was a manager, tried to figure out the problem for at least 5 minutes just to be told I can't get anything for this gift. Was I offered anything for my time or points? No. Terrible customer experience. I go here pretty much daily but I'm sure some other business will be happy to take my coffee, donut, and sandwich money from now on.

Everytime I come here my order is either wrong, I get someone else's order, or there are things in the order are completely forgotten even though I paid for them and it's on the receipt. This Tim Hortons and the one on Ledingham drive in rosewood are the two worst Tim Hortons I have been to, the only reason I still go is because it's close to my house. Avoid if you can.

I came around 12 in the night and there were 2 staff on the counter and none of them care to see us. We waited there for few minutes hoping they will see us and open the door but they ignore us. We went there at this time because it says they are open for dine in.
