Installers 5/5 Sales staff 0/5 communication and scheduling 1/5 Make sure to get written confirmation on what the price will be, and a new quote just before scheduling install. when you go to pay because they don't honour their quotes. I had to deal with Adam who gave me a quote for "materials" and labour along with taxes. I approved THAT price after we discussed the things I for sure wanted. After install was done I was given a more expensive quote claiming all the stuff we discussed was additional to the quote even though I asked for the quote for said things. He kept trying to make excuses that didn't line up with our discussions, and when I pointed out past discussions he really struggled to find the next excuse making it feel like they were being dishonest. Terrible communication too. Long delays between emails often, and my install was never scheduled. Guys just randomly showed up even though I told Adam I needed to be there. In short: - The "materials" part of the quote doesn't include the cost of all material - Get them to write in an email how much you will be paying after everything is said and done - Avoid using Adam P. - Terrible communication

Make sure you get a full quote which lays everything out also make sure you get a timeline in writing. 3 weeks to do a 6 foot gate and charged 60 dollars for 5 minutes of labor to install slates which took 5 minutes to complete! Worst experience ever! Adam refused to call me back or email. Refused to accept that the quote was misleading. No communication at all left 3 messages with Mike refused to call back. Only called back after project was done and i caved and just paid as i was just done dealing with the unprofessional company. Had a bigger project for next year and will definitely be using anyone else but them....update after sending an email to Adam he passed it on to mike and he went out of his way to give me a discount and thanked me for communicating my displeasure with how the process went. I have to tip my hat to Mike!
