Never get a credit card with Desjardin. A desjardin employee stole my information. The website is difficult to sign into, it is difficult to set up to pay. I ended up paying the remainder of my card because I wanted nothing to do with them after my information was stolen. I missed 100 dollars in my final payment, got a letter months later saying I missed my payment, and now I have a bad credit score. I have never missed a payment in my entire life other than with desjardins and it ruined my credit score all because their website is garbage and their employee stole my information.

My first phone with this insurance company is absolutely awful. I was on the phone for over an hour & had to hang up I could not wait any longer. I sent few emails on their contact us option but no response! A week after I phone again & that time it took me about 30 mins. The agent was helpful and friendly & would follow up on my case. Yes they did call me back & rejected my claim. This is what happened; I had temporary flipper for over a year & was not able to do the permanent denture due to Covid restrictions and we also moved. When we finally settled to new city I started seeing my new dentist and started processing on predetermination for permanent partial denture. This insurance company did say no because it already pass 6 to 12 months period with different insurance company. I explained what happened but in short they do not CARE! This is what I understood. Anyone, save yourself time I suggest DO NOT USE this Insurance company. The previous reviews speaks for itself!!!! I AM REFERRING TO DESJARDINS GROUP INSURANCE!
