        We're thrilled with our gas fireplace insert and the custom fabricated surround. Hindsight is 20/20 but we wish we would have done it years ago. Installers were great.

        I had a problem with my fireplace and called Bridlewood. I was very lucky that I called on a day that wasnt fully booked and had a technician here within a couple of hours. James was friendly (masked) and professional. He had things working very quickly! Thanks Bridlewood!

        I called Bridlewood looking for some suggestions on how to fix an improper fireplace installation from a previous owner of my house. John was gracious enough to come by and look at the job and tell me of the simple parts/fixes that was needed to correct the installation. He had no obligation to come and look at it, but it really displays the professionalism and service that John and Bridlewood have for their customers. Thank you again for all the help!
