Wishing the womens area had machines that I actually want to use! Another squat rack? Pulley machine? Its almost a waist of space.

The gym is great, good lightning and equipment but the staff and management is extremely unresponsive. They are not accountable for proper service. I redeemed my points for a gift card but they havent responded or reverted for over 2 months after repeatedly checking in.

I really appreciate the staff, they're so welcoming. However the machines and equipment are falling apart. Two of the three cable rows are janky. Missing and broken caribeners, ripped and worn upholstery. You can tell the owners are putting their bottom line before customer experience.EDIT I've been in contact with multiple people in this company regarding the disgusting woman's change room. It's filthy and maybe gets thoroughly cleaned once every few months. They claim I'm wrong. However my posted photos do not lie.

Great gym, good staff, day care ladys are the best. our kids love going there, wish they had evening day care hours or else we would not have cancled our membership. the only bad thing is the sauna is usually broken, and equipment takes a long time to get fixed
