We recently had Allied replace the flooring in our offices and showroom and it was done on our timeline and within our budget. Lindsay was excellent to deal with, provided options for us and she followed up after the install to ensure all was as expected. Would definitely recommend Lindsay and the Allied team.

Where do I begin. First carpet on our stairs since purchasing the house (at this time under a year) was super loose / moved quite a bit ; also on the nose it was very loose; and also you could feel sharp objects every other step or so they finally came to fix it after months of following up they finally were able to fix that. However Still blamed the carpet. Second as attached picture of our laminate it had spots in different spots since before we purchased the house. They had a representative and a sales lady came out and they had me pull our all my cleaning supplies and blaimed it on my swifter wet jet because it has formaldehyde in it and started to make me feel guilty about using this product with my child in the house! Also knocked off the wood/laminate safe cleaner I use every other week. Suggested I get on my hands and knees and hand wash. Yeah ok. Also anytime I would follow up as they first said they would replace the boards since I had extras that they were following up with their supplier that was the messaging I got for months. Third anywhere they installed this carpet which is our whole second floor is loose and moves. Dont bother spending your money here. We went with Local flooring for our whole basement and have never been happier!

Absolutely amazing service. Gorgeous products to pick from, knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered our floors 3 weeks ago and it's already in and installed. Renos can be a headache and they make it as seamless and as quick /pain free as possible. Highly recommend!
