Serendipity Flowers

Had them put together a rainbow arrangement for my reception back in 2021. The flowers were beautiful and lasted a long time. My hubby and I were very happy. Sorry it took so long to review. I'm definitely going to order an arrangement in the future.

I had used them previously for a flower delivery and was pleased so thought I would do it again. Bad decision! I placed an on-line order for an out of province delivery. Their site did not indicate that they would charge extra for wiring it to a local florist in the recipient's home town nor did I get anything similar to what I wanted. In fact I had to pay extra to get it to look like something similar to what I wanted. Delivery took 3 days and when it was finally delivered the name was spelled wrong. They tried to say that that is how they got it from the on-line order but I went back to my confirmation and it was not spelled incorrectly. Was very embarrassed to find out that the delivery went with the wrong name on it. They only offered to send out a new card with the correct name however what would have been the point after the fact. A refund of some sort would have been a better alternative solution I thought. Will not be using them again anytime soon!

I came to the store and all I knew was I wanted to get flowers for a friend. The woman working took me to the flower room/fridge and asked me questions about my friend and our relationship and she picked flowers based on this. It was such a real experience and not just a pre-made bouquet from a big store. Highly recommend.

So if you want to celebrate Valentines day on February 15th Serendipity is the place to go. Ordered flowers for the wife for delivery on the 14th waited all day 2 emails and a phone call was told they were on the way nothing came. After a couple of calls on the 15th told they would be delivered. When they got here low and behold there was only 7 roses. So after a couple more calls they agreed they shorted the order an hour or so later the other 5 roses showed up. But I guess they figured they made everything right with the $2 box of chocolates that were sent along. WHAT A GONG SHOW NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I had a last-minute Valentines Day need and was desperate for some quality flowers, and Serendipity delivered above and beyond. Not only was the bouquet I ordered gorgeous, it lasted to the end of the month, above and beyond expectations. 5 stars and highly recommend!
