        Bought my Explorer from Merlin a few years ago and have had nothing but great service here! Very recently had some battery issues (i.e the thing needed to be replaced and went down hill FAST). I stopped by the parts department and Eric, the rep, had the battery waiting for me and even talked the service department into quickly swap it for me 10 minutes before close on a long weekend! It was truly appreciated!
