I used to fly west jet in Saskatoon and this is the first time I missed my flight. The Asian lady that assisted me in the check in counter supposed to ask their colleagues To assist Passengers To bypass the long line in the screening area in order to catch the flight. She knew The gate is calling the passengers for boarding while shes working with our tickets.Ive also seen people missed the same flight.were stuck waiting to get to the X-ray machine by the time I got at the gate they refused to let you in. when I came back to the check in counter spoke with the same lady again tried to explain to her My situation and during our conversation instead of giving me an option she rudely said that is why you have to be early wow very unprofessional,I hope westjet will monitor their employees.

Customer service is worrisome; my mum can't forget how she was treated poorly. A better improvement strategy by the management would surely help.

I was told that by their customer service rep that "Westjet is doing fine and does not need to worry about customer service". When I escalated it, they said ask they could do is apologize but would not do any follow-up or anything and then disconnected the call. This is extremely disappointing since they used to be a great company but that has changed drastically. @westjet
