I had the worst customer service experience Ive ever had at any gas station at this location today. I had stopped to get gas and unfortunately when I tried to turn my car back on because of that extremely cold weather, my car did not turn back on. Knowing that was -33 and theres extreme cold warning I quickly ran into the gas station to take shelter and try to call a tow truck so I can get a boost. I asked the people working there if they had booster cables or anything like that and they said no. Which is fine but they let me know that they are closing soon. They seem to be annoyed that my car had died at the pump which is not my fault it was -33 and it just my luck that that happened today. This happened around 10:30 PM and the gas station was scheduled to close at 11 PM. I called the tow truck. I told them it was an emergency because the place that I was stranded that was closing and I had to leave the building, so they dispatched a tow truck as fast as they can. It was scheduled to get there in 15 minutes, the people working there decided to close 10 minutes early. It mightve actually been closer to 15 minutes early. They had turn all the lights off and were mopping around me and seem to be really annoyed around 1050 I had to exit the building and sit in my car and wait for the tow truck , I think that is extremely insensitive, and almost inhumane to kick someone out when they are in a this kind of situation. Not to mention Dangerous. I work in customer service and I would never treat a person like that. I will never be returning to this gas station.

Came here for lunch to use the microwave as it was close to our jobsite and cant afford to buy lunch everyday, also only have 30 minutes for lunch. I asked to use the washroom, he said no, no public washrooms, the closest one is the mall, a far walk away in -40. Okay fair enough. As I was leaving about to say thank you, I got a rude "youre welcome". I will no longer be coming to this shell. A little understanding goes a long way. Not every job site comes with a microwave or washroom and I've been a customer many times to shell.

Best vacuum in the city. Its outside but its powerful enough to get all the cracks and crevices in your vehicle, takes debit-tap, and lasts like 6 minutes! Worth it.
