BROKEN PUMPS COST MORE, SAFETY HAZARD. DO NOT USE. Pump was only outputting 10/second so I put the hold on because it's -30C out and sat in the car. Periodically looking back at the display, I thought something was wrong after it had pumped 60 L since my 52 L tank was still 1/4 full when I pulled in. I got out to inspect it, and it's spraying gas all over the ground; the stop had not kicked out as it is suppose to. I turned it off as quickly as I could and told the store, but they just said sorry and that's it. I'm cold sitting here nearly half an hour to pump, my car, pants, and boots all reek of gas, and I was still charged for the $20 of gas on the ground.

Pumps were slow that it literally took 20 to 25 minutes to put $40 worth of gas in at 1.57 a litre, should have taken 3 minutes at most. The other customers were there even longer than me. My receipt also never came out of pump, also did not receive my petro points or my discount at the pump.

Always dirty, your pumps are slow and your printers never work! Stop being so lazy and change the paper! If I wasnt forced to fill up at Petro for work I would never come to this station. Terrible.

I was half tank full and I put in 20$ for gas but the gas pump suddenly stopped at 8$ and when I check my gas gauge it didnt go up. They filled my gas tank with air. I recommend going somewhere else to refuel because this situation could happen to you.

I was a regular customer for gas and everything. No more I asked employee for something and he gave me wrong stuff and I told it change it or give me money back. He told me now use it and come next time. Thats not a answer. Thats not my problem. Bye bye you are losing business..
