Racism obviously exists here? A little side service window was open, and thinking that I could buy items through the window which was open, I asked the lady if I should purchase through the window. She replied, we only get in to the store through that door that you can see there-pointing at the door, like I didn't know what a door was. What a rude person!! When I went in to the store, i told her, by the way, I'm pretty sure i know what a door is and how to enter a building. I will never go to that Shell station again, I'll take my business elsewhere. I DESERVE BETTER Customer service and to be spoken to nicely..

Very disappointed. I ordered a Large Slushie, and Mini starbursts, through skip the dishes. They called me saying they only had the iced lemonades, so i said just surprise me with one. When i received my order they gave me regular starbursts, (The regular ones are too hard for me. The mini ones are softer), and a SMALL slushie. When I called the store he answered and said he didnt have any lids that fit the large so he said he just decided to give me 1 small. So I told him I payed for a LARGE. He said he was the only one in the store at the time so to give him my address and they will send someone to give me the correct size, or a second slushie. Its been a week and a bit and I havent received it. Not to mention I went through skip the dishes and they denied my refund, and I work with a company who works with skip the dishes, which if they denied the refund means when skip called him, he had to have told them I was wrong for requesting a refund. Disappointed to say the least.
