We bought a house from Northridge homes. We moved in Feb 2021 and after a few months our siding started to have some pieces falling off. They came to fix the issues but the workers just put the dented piece of the siding back. It is very visible and I wanted it replaced. Then another piece came off and I also found another issue that is the lower part of the wall in our garage that was not tacked properly. You can see a curvy portion and I can actually put my hand into it. These things were reported last september 2021 and never heard of them. I contacted northridge customer care who always says that they will get a hold of pro exteriors and also told me that the company is so behind of their jobs due to pandemic which is very shallow reason considering that their works are outside the buildings. I finally got a hold of Evan in April 2022 who actually set an appointment to meet me at my house. Then issues were listed by him and told me that his guys will come after the holy week. Weeks came by, I never heard of Pro Extrriors, so I started calling Evan but to my disappointment , there was no answer at all. I left messages with all the details but I got no reply. It is so disappointing that almost a year now the issues are still unfixed. In my previous house by KW, we never had issue with the siding. I will not recommend this company. We purchased a new home from Northridge in August 2020. Pro Exteriors installed the siding of the house. When we looked at the house the siding was literally broken/falling off. We were assured this would be resolved before closing. Well all they did was come back and snap the broken siding back on. 14 months later we were still dealing with the siding warping and falling off. Apparently when the house was built the siding was not installed correctly and they would have to remove and reinstall the siding. After they reinstalled the siding they just went ahead and installed some broken pieces and just left it. I also have siding starting to warp again. They were notified of this last year and to date they have not responded. Dealing with this going on 2 years this summer. I'm going to have to hire someone to come out and repair this.
