        They may not respect conflict of interest and can not afford a stamp that states there name and date received. As i was dropping of paper work that i served them.

        Their services are fine and their legal counsel is very knowledgeable but email response times are very slow and getting updates takes a long time. You can expect delays in getting things resolved and some counsel make you feel like you're low priority. A simple email response, which only takes minutes, isn't an unreasonable ask. I was very frustrated not knowing the state of things. I waited over a week with no response to emails and multiple calls.
