Calsask Granite

Calsask did our black quartz counter and a large quartz backsplash piece behind the stove. Quick, efficient install from Eddie and his team. We were thrilled with how it looked. Then our hearts sank at closer inspection. The one corner on the counter was planed flat and look horrible. The backsplash piece did not have rounded edges and the sides were still raw and unpolished. Being that other trades were coming to do more work in a day we were panicking. We put a call in to Jen. Eddie came back and looked at our issues the next day. He assured us he would fix the problem (caused in the cutting/polishing room) He was back at 8 AM the next morning before the next trade needed in and fixed both issues. Thank you again Eddie!! Youre a rock star. Excellent service

Our countertops weren't measured correctly they thought they would have to recut and I would've been without for another 2 weeks. Thankfully our manager helped guide them through and cut out a bunch of drywall to make it work. 2 younger boys arrived to install who could barely get the counters inside. Counter pieces weren't glued together good they had to come back and refill. We will go somewhere else next time.

Excellent service and good quality product. Tony & his install team were great to deal with and Jen had great advice and helped us pick a stone that we are very happy with. Will be dealing with them again.
