Only because a zero rating is not available!! I booked my appointment two weeks ago and they called me at 12:30pm the day before to tell me that the stylist I choose wont be working so I can either cancel my appointment or reschedule it or get my hair done by a backup stylist. I was utterly shocked by the unprofessionalism and the rudeness in the tone of the girl I was talking to. Long story short, she cancelled my appointment without my permission and was being sarcastic about the inconvenience they did to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Their behaviour implies they do not need your business.

Im so happy with my haircut from Jared! He really pays attention to what I want while also making great suggestions to help me reach my hair goals. The salon itself is bright and welcoming and I always leave feeling beautiful and confident! Would highly recommend Jared and GUIDE.

I had a haircut and some me time. I love the open sunny salon and the people are very friendly and welcoming. My stylist Sophia was a great listener and gave me a great style that fits my life. I will definitely go back!
