I booked a haircut online and thought it was for a short cut but apparently it was meduim but my hair isnt even shoulder length. But whatever that wasnt my biggest issue. The stylist said she didnt have time to wash my hair which is bs as it wouldnt have taken that long and she was the one that was late starting not me! On top of it, she couldnt even properly angle my angled bob and pretty much did a hack job. Didnt offer to style or anything not even use any hair products I had to ask for her to run a straightener through my hair and seemed like it was too much to ask. I paid $50 for poor customer service haircut with no shampoo, no style and no product use in my hair. If I wanted a Magic Cuts haircut I wouldve went there and paid ALOT less!. Im very disappointed what a waste of money! Ive been a long time customer of this particular Chatters, and I will not be back because your customer service has gone downhill!!

I have been a long time client of this location. I enjoy the ease of online booking. I recently booked a haircut for myself at 1:00 on Saturday and one for my daughter 2:00 on the same Saturday. I got a phone call saying my stylist called in sick and my appointment was cancelled. They told me that they could book me in somewhere else and I said its fine, no thank you I have a busy afternoon I will rebook another time on my own. My husband went to take my daughter to her 2:00 appointment and they said she wasnt booked in. I sent him the booking confirmations they sent me, they told him she is booked at another location. After a tonne of wasted time and driving he left and she didnt get her haircut. I called them to see what the issue was, they basically said oops, it was actually your daughters appointment that was cancelled, not yours A mix up, but if you say your online booking is convenient, it would show 2 appointments under my name for that day. We have very busy schedules and now I get to try and fit in 2 more appointments when ours should have happened today. I find they handled the situation with my husband in a very unprofessional and sloppy manner. Very disappointed with this location. Not only did they do a poor job of organizing and keeping track of these appointments, they were also unprofessional and did a very poor job of problem solving in figuring out the mistake on their end. More than 1 appointment booked shouldnt cause that much confusion. The mix up is annoying and shouldnt have happened but the way they handled it is what is really disappointing. Poor customer service.

This past year I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 36. I went through 5 months of chemotherapy and lost all my hair. When my hair finally started to come in, I wanted to do something fun and try being blonde. I was really nervous to do anything with my very fragile, short new hair. A hairdresser I know and trust was confident she could do this for me. She made sure to be careful on selecting the right product that was safe to use on my head. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with friendly faces, and everyone was so kind and wonderful to me. My hair turned out incredible, and I have never been happier. For me, this hair apt was so much more than just going blonde. It brought me back to life in a way I haven't felt in almost a year. Thank you to Charli and everyone at the Stonebridge Chatters Location for making me feel beautiful again!
