Ultracuts Professional Haircare Centres

I been to the business a week ago and never returning. she completely messed up my hair its so crooked and choppy. how do you mess up a one inch trim? never go to this establishment if you are a female with curly hair!!!

I was a walk-in on Wednesday May 3rd 2023 , at the Ultracuts in the Westgate Plaza, 22nd Street. While I was waiting for a chair to open, which there were only myself another female customer and a male customer in the store. The male customer was just finishing his cut. When the male customer left the store, Nadine his hair stylist, immediately was talking/ mocking his demeanor/chatacter. (He was a little anxious / hyper). Nadine voiced her opinion while myself and the other customer were there. She should never speak of customers, only to yourselves! What I felt then was, I wonder what they're going to say about me, or any other customer, After they are gone, yet other customers are present. I called for Nadine on Friday, because my hair wasn't cut right, and she was not in. I called on saturday, May 6th, and Garrett, the manager, answered the phone. I told her that I would like to come in to see Nadine again because my hair was not quite what I wanted. Garrett put me on hold and was relating my message to Nadine, in a snooty attitude way, that I did not like my haircut and I want to come back in. Meanwhile, Nadine is cutting someone else's head. There goes the talk again! When the Nadine answered the phone, I immediately told her that I did not like the way that things are done at that store with them talking about customers behind their backs. Nadine replied that it was not her, I said I know it was not you this time, but when I was there for my haircut, you had to make comments about the gentleman whose hair you cut prior to mine. She then asked me when I would like to come in to see her. You have got to be kidding me, at this time I would much rather have the guy that she talked about after leaving the store, cut my hair. I know that people will talk about people, but come on you do not speak about people when you have customers in your store!! And to begin with I never talked to Garrett in a snooty way about having my hair done again. I will never spend another dollar in this establishment! Very rude and immature! Service: Hairstyling

Took my teenaged son for a haircut there yesterday! Stylist was very nice welcoming, professional and friendly , my son was nice & comfortable. He barely gets haircuts but he enjoyed himself there! She helped him select a haircut that suited him thank you so much will be taking him there for all of his future haircuts I just wanted to add I called ahead to 8th st grovesnor and was told first come first serve. Drove there within a few minutes yet showed up and couldnt get in. I felt like they dont want customers after 5. I will always go to this 22nd location for the better service & great communication and professionalism thank u

Both men and womens haircuts are bad here. Uneven, and unprofessional. They charge extra to wash your hair? I'm not impressed
