Went in Saturday morning to get a hat and the lady working there was sitting down eating and did not even look up to greet me or see if I needed help. It was just after they opened at 10. Will not go back

The customer service at this location was absolutely ridiculous. No one greeted us, all the staff were just chatting and laughing and on their phones. We waited at the till for about 2 long solid minutes while a staff was there, but finished texting before she looked up and noticed us. It was also just an uncomfortable environment as another staff was being rude to a customer who came in and was asking about a product being in stock, and the staff said they had called the customer to let them know the item was in stock but they didnt answer & the customer said they hadnt seen any messages & she was saying she called them but didnt like to leave messages in a really unprofessional tone and it gave me so much secondhand embarrassment I immediately wanted to leave. I wont go back this place.
