        I endeavoured to return a thermostat the day after I purchased it. The box was clearly unopened. They wouldnt take it. RSL, I highly recommend a sign indicating what items may not be returned at the front desk. Had I known the thermostat wasnt returnable, I wouldnt have bought it.
