These people were super friendly and helpful with me and my son. I bought him a TRAXXAS 2WD RC and brought it home charged the battery and away he went in training mode, drained the battery and uh oh, it would not charge again! with some trouble shooting they helped us out a few different ways and ended up being a faulty charger from factory (just our luck as i can't make it there during the week due to work) so he had a $400 paper weight until i could get back there to remedy this issue, no issues at all and every staff member involved was knowledgeable or helpful in some way. As an old enthusiast and now my son getting into it these people are the best option you can make to get started, and of course to keep going and adding to your hobbies. Thank you so much from my son and I for all you did to ensure a good time!
