        I love the units in these buildings and the price is responsible. However, unfortunately, they do not take care of their building and maintain it properly. The hallways are always dirty, the elevator is never cleaned. Recently the mailboxes have been broken into. The doors to the building are broken, and despite reporting multiple times, they were never fixed, so anyone can come in to the building at anytime. The garbage bins both in and out are always overflowing. If you pay a high price then you expect good service. Unfortunately with these guys, they do not care at all. Its sad to see such a beautiful building not being taken care of.
