This all started in May 2019 when the hunt for home started. At that time we were not sure we will go with first custom home after being in Canada for just 2 years. We still remember we were going through open houses and Selkirk home was the last home on your way. We met with Jeremy at the show home and at the end of the visit we were sure that we will go with Selkirk. The Show home was well designed, spaces and well thought storage spaces. I would say everything was in right place where you expect it to be. We discussed further with our requirements with him and he said they can do custom home for us. This started a journey for building a custom home :). Jeremy explained all the process how things are going to be, how we will be selecting various things. He was transparent with all the process and answered all our questions. He explained pros and cons of all the options that I was thinking to put in the house. This helped us to take a well informed decision. Whenever we were in doubt we turned to Jeremy help us take a decision. Then come the most difficult things any home owner had to do select the options for exterior, interior, lights and what not. Again Jeremy came to our rescue :). We were skeptical about certain color options for exterior. When we saw it finally, everything came in place. The overall team of Jeremy from drafter, framer, painters, electrician, furnace, flooring, plumbing, cabinets, counter top is excellent. You cannot have got any better team to work on your dream home. Even with COVID-19, our build was delayed only by 1 month. Our friends said it one month delay in this situation is almost like on time. This is commendable. In addition, Jeremy has excellent contacts for Landscaping and Blinds as well. Jeremy is not only a best builder but also a great person. This shows up in his design and work. I would definitely and highly recommend Selkirk for your home.

Been in our house about one and half years now. Couldn't be happier with the product and their after sale service. Construction process with Jeremy went very smoothly. Highly recommended.
