I have rented from a few companies in the Saskatoon area and I have to say, North Prairie Rentals is hands down the best one I've ever dealt with. The staff are extremely friendly and the properties are meticulously maintained. And if something breaks (it rarely does), they'll be out to repair it the next day. We rented for 2 years and loved every minute of it. I can't recommend them enough!

North Prairie Rentals is a very professional company. I recently started renting a new (and beautiful) place from them and the move-in process was seamless. They sent me all the required forms, a list of instructions, and access to their app right after I signed my lease. The app is also a super helpful tool to keep track of repair requests and other important announcements. The rental itself is modern, well-maintained, and has everything I need. I am super happy with this company and how organized they are. I definitely recommend them!
