Meidl Honda

Today I picked up a new motorcycle from the Meidl Honda Powerhouse. The experience was perfect from beginning to end! Trade in value was good, price on the product was good, and my salesman, JOHN REID was fantastic! Down to earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help! I highly recommend him! I had Jeff Goddard as my financial services manager and he was great to deal with as well. Clear, concise, and made the paperwork portion of the process quick and enjoyable. If you are looking for a bike, quad, side by side, anything from the Powerhouse, ask for JOHN REID or COLIN ENS. Both are great people to deal with and will deal there for all my motorcycle needs!

Bought a motorcycle from theze guys. All smiles and nice couldn't do enough for you. The problem came when I had a problem with motorbike, attitude changed and couldnt be bothered to help and I only wanted some information. Oh well we all learn.

I used to work in automotive, I can say that the standard of care is exceptional at meidl! Hondas are the best for maintenance costs, durability and resale. Ive been taking my car there since I moved here in 2016. Customer service is super important to me and Im hyper vigilant about it. I had to come on here today because after looking after me and my sunroof issue a year ago, the body work Ive had, and regular service theyve done. I can say they have even gone so far as to check up on their work 3x since my last b1. Brian even got rid of some rattled and shakes and noises and they just do good work. They have done what needed to be done, at reasonable costs for the entire time. They havent made me feel like Im too much, even when Im anxious about something. They have given me peace of mind and done their due diligence even when Im slightly neurotic about a sound or feel that changes. They check in with me before they do the work. They do this with all their customers. Andy and Brian are the best service managers in town. Honda is lucky to have such a wonderful shop foreman and service manager. Ive had the experience of dealing with most of the team and truthfully; they have gone over and above, even when my warranty was past the 8 year mark. When they could help me, they did. I could have skipped out of there today and Im so gracious. My glove compartment isnt making annoying noise, I cant hear the wind in my car on the freeway anymore. My baby is mint and she isnt brand new.These folks work hard and its not an easy job.. They really have the best service advisors, I can see now that they deserve all the return business and appreciation and they have earned my loyalty. Which is saying something! Being that I know the business. Theres a lot of great service departments but this one is great. I wouldnt trust an other store to trouble shoot my issues. I recommend this service department; especially if you want to hold on to your car!! They care, they listen, and if you are patient with them they return the work ten fold. Thank you Angela, Andy and Brian. Also I recommend any of the sales people at this store and Chris is wonderful Sales Manager Ive also had the pleasure of working with.
